ErgVideo comes packaged with installation instructions. Upon installation, a user manual .pdf and a Help file are available. Each disk also comes with an instructional video, to help configure your CompuTrainer software and ErgVideo. It steps you through every click!
We hope you'll read the help file and user manuals before calling support.
Be certain that your CompuTrainer software is installed and working properly without ErgVideo. Any problems with your CompuTrainer software should be reported to RacerMate Inc., and questions directed to them. Once that works, THEN start ErgVideo.
ErgVideo can't fix a fundamentally broken or mal-configured Multirider or Coaching Software installation.
